en | I'm a real estate agent and since Zillow changed the way they do rentals, I have to use the company's website, unfortunately. Fortunately, this extension saves me time as Zillow's website is not designed to help anyone except for zillow to make more money. Extension works better than others I have used and it's quick and simple. I use it to get quick data on a spreadsheet for data calculating purposes. Recently there must have been either a change in how zillow's website functioned and the extension wasn't working. I emailed the support and they have been very responsive and helpful. It took about a day and they got it working. Highly recommend this extension! |

en | Great tool! I use it for scraping listing agent contact info. Super helpful rather than manually doing so. I reached out for help/gave a recommendation for separating property address info, which would make it easier when importing the data into my CRM. I got a very quick reply and was told the feature would be added to the next update! Now THAT is good customer service. Very happy that Jin listens to us users for help/improvement!! |

I canceled my subscription about an hour after I subscribed because of me not being able to use it because of the block. I would appreciate it if you refund my payment please. en | Great Product and does what it claims which is nice to see. I would give it 5 stars if the ability to have the agent / fsbo owner's actual number in the CSV export. Right now you have to click an additional link to scrape the details and then add it to the original CSV. Not a big issue but the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars. |

en | I'm a real estate agent and was hoping to create a list of active FSBO sellers to contact about listing their home. This does allow you to pull that info from the detailed listing but only the paid subscription allows you to download it to a CSV file. The developer Jin is very responsive, great support. |
