The Yahoo agent was very polite and very knowledgeable, she tried all possible solutions to resolve Yahoo Mail - Wider Mail Extension for both browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. She escalated this ongoing issue with Yahoo's upper management. I have had Yahoo Mail since 2000 and I have been using Wider mail for decades. Yahoo Mail Wider Mail extension has given me the "Wider e-mail" view in Yahoo Mail for decades. The Wider Mail Extension for both browsers Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox stopped working in December 2022, We have been working on all possible options to fix it, but unable to resolve. The Yahoo Mail Wider Mail Extension issue in December 2022 and it has been affecting all customers around our planet with @yahoo.com, @ymail.com, @currently.com, and @att.net emails.
