Perfect for my needs! I'm not trying to change text that rendered, but rather text that's free to be entered (like updating a post or commentary or free written text)

Расширение рабочее, зайдите в гугл-переводчик, там напишите что-нибудь и расширение находит текст. Проблема в том, что работает расширение на очень малом кол-ве сайтов - хз с чем связано.
