| 2024-06-20 |  | | en | I love this app so far but I can only give 3 stars at the moment because I paid a subscription but no matter what I try (refresh, turning off and on, different browser, iOS, logging out and in again) the app is still in FREE mode, which is frustrating because I have to break up PDF's into less than 50 pages and can only review 2 per day. The chat bot didn't know what the problem was and directed me to customer service. Fortunately, customer service has replied and is working on it. If it gets fixed soon I will upgrade to 5 stars. Use of this app over the decentralised Venice.ai is temporary, pending Venice increasing capacity to 500k words, but I will continue to compare and see if PopAi offers significantly better functionality or not |
