TopFrag.rip - get updates of TopFrag.rip

Get notification when topfrag.rip got updates.

Notificate every time when:

• Someone create a new post on TopFrag.rip
• Some update in last 10 posts

Now I am working on:

• Highliting new posts/updated posts in newsline

v 0.3 update:

• Added counter of new posts ("upd" if there are no new posts but there were update).
• Fixed bug with "|" sign was shown as "|" in notification.

v 1.0 update:

• update time: 1 minute
