The tool transcripts very accurately user verbatims (including in French) and helps sparing a lot a time since collecting insights, identifying patterns and evaluating impact becomes a piece of cake! ListenUp is a must have to handle strong product culture within teams. Also many other features would deserve to be mentioned (like Crystal ball🔮 and Web Highlights) but the best is to give a try to fully embrace the experience! I definitely recommend it ! |
