I'm astonished this program is not rated 5 stars. I have used it extensively for work for many years now and I find it reliable and quick and easy to setup. I have had no compatibility issues and no major glitches, you can even send files between host PC and connected PC. The only let-down is if your internet speed is rubbish-- but that has nothing to do with this app/extension. Not to mention this is entirely free while most remote access programs are costly. I do recommend having more than one option for remote access though, everyone needs a backup. |

I've been using this for years and haven't had many issues. Just recently, I've had issues with Chrome Remote Desktop minimizing everything on my PC every time the "Stop Sharing" pop up comes up on my PC. It's extremely annoying to have what I'm working on randomly minimize and I cannot figure out how to stop this from happening. |

Does not work if you have multiple monitors. I used to use this from my iphone to access my pc. However if you have more than 1 monitor there is no option whatsoever inside of the iphone app to switch the monitor you are viewing |

Connected through Chrome on Windows 11 to another Windows 11 host. No problems. Smooth operation and simple enough for my parents on the other end to operate. Did have a small hiccup with the their Password Manager, which stole focus while offering remote support. However, once they closed it, everything worked just fine. |
