2024-09-28 | D D | en | This pedal holds a lot of promise. But it just doesn't work. It's glitchy, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. You have to keep uninstalling the browser extension and reinstall it. Some days the back button works, sometimes it doesn't. I have basically stopped using this since it is not a time saver at all. You waste so much time trying to make it work and not playing music. Ugh
2024-09-20 | Pascal de Lacaze | en | It was working great. Now issues: The slow down function/button is not working (original). Tried reinstalling extension, tried restarting computer a bunch. Still not working! Please help, this is annoying! I am using: - Vidami Chrome extension 2.12.0 (same problem on Safari) - MacOS 12.5.1 (MacBook Pro, 2020) Does problem have to do with: "This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions." (Chrome web store) ? I already bought a secondd new vidami original because I thought the first one was broken. The new one has the same problem.
2024-07-08 | CalitranoN | en | I think they screwed it up. Mine was working like a charm... great for learning songs on youtube. Even worked in Edge., now bam... only the play pause works... they updated security to block it...
2024-04-25 | Joseph Cummings | en | Does not work as advertized. I got the chrome extention and followed the instructions and it does not work. Bummer. I tried it on my iPhone, iPad plus, and desktop computer. Do I need to get rid of the blue and go hard wire connect.
2024-03-15 | James Tock | en | Works exactly as advertised. Easy to setup and use. Well built and sturdy. No problems so far. Super helpful for your practice routine.
2024-01-17 | Ross Bliss | en | Really easy to set up and works like a charm.
2023-12-18 | Sean McGuire | en | This device works only when it wants to. I have spent more time trying to figure out how to persuade it to work than it is worth.
2023-05-27 | A Google user | I just got my Vidami today and it was super easy to set up. I played a video on youtube and used the back and forward buttons with no problem. I used the looper and was very excited that this would really help me learn (I'm a perpetual beginner). Looping works great, EXCEPT that when you switch to a new video it retains the loop from the last one. For example, if you start a loop at 2:03 of a video and loop for 20 seconds, when you go to another video it starts at 2:03 and loops for 20 seconds. After the first couple of times this happened, I said, oh I didn't exit out of the loop, so tried it again. Same problem. I tried multiple videos and it always started at 2:03 and looped after 20 seconds. Even when I unplugged the pedal, same thing. Finally, I just exited out of youtube and started over. That did the trick. But it is annoying to have to exit and restart before switching to a new loop or new song. Anyway, I still think it will be great for learning but this glitch needs to be fixed.
