Like most things with 3CX... It. Just. Works. I have found that if it is not working, I configured it incorrectly. 3CX is about the smoothest phone system you can use.

Call via not working properly. I installed the 3CX Windows App on 7 Windows PCs, but i can't choose it in the dropdown. In the dropdown i get a blacked out dropdown menu where the 3CX Windows App should be. Works fine on Mac.
