With basically no human intervention, TalentAI can: - Import CVs in different formats - perform the AI analysis of CVs - perform an AI analysis of the application against a job profile (match score) - Create questionnaires for applicants (soft skills, hard skills) - Perform an analysis of the answers to the questionnaire - Download job offers and applicants from LinkedIn - Manage job offers and applicants - Allows flexibility, by offering everything either via frontend or via API (for integration into software) The strongest point of it, though, is the incredible manner how the tool reads and UNDERSTANDS the content of a CV, whcih allows it to find relevant data (skills, experiences, etc) even if they are not put into the right section, are mentioned somewhere in the text as a side note, etc |
