A motor control company (or so I though) "required" that this extension be downloaded before I went to their site. Okay, has 80+ thousand downloads and 4 stars so I'll give it a shot. Immediately Norton alerted me it was trying to send outbound traffic and additional alerts about malicious attempts on my computer. Whether this is meant to be a legit extension or not, the security features are awful and this extension should be REMOVED from the chrome web store and elsewhere until it is fixed or just thrown in the Recycling Bin never to be restored. | |
