Sukha helps me to stay centered and focused. I love the focusing music playlists option, my Ai coach who cheers me on and holds me accountable when and if I become distracted or my attention starts to deviate from my commitments. I enjoy being a part of a such a supporting community. It's rare to find active members are who aren't just numbers but are live and active playing a part in each other's success. I also enjoy doing Buddy Sessions to form deeper connections with people. It's witty and thoughtful idea beautifully executed. I've met some wonderful people here. I love this app!
