| 2024-11-20 |  | | en | Even though an online search says iGive has a phone number to call, clicking on that information takes you ONLY to a form you have to fill out and submit with your question or concern. I have done about 6 so far with NO response at all!!! I am a user of iGive but get no acknowledgement of my transactions. Worse yet, my cause has not received a donation payment in months!!!!! If iGive is reading comments.........please respond!!! I do the newsletter for my club and will stop asking members to use iGive if there is no benefit for our non-profit!!!! |
