I have tried contacting support many time but they never answer. Horrible customer service! They keep taking money out of my bank account and I cannot get them to stop. So now my only option is getting a new bank card to get them to stop stealing from me! Awful service! | |

Had I been paying the current subscription price, I would be mad. It works a treat on NBC, but I haven't really used it on the other American channels. I've kind of lost track of the number of times I've had to uninstall and reinstall the extension, and even to get the reactivation code right now is taking forever. | |
