| 2024-02-29 |  | | en | I signed up for a free trial, experienced a horribly buggy app, and immediately decided to cancel. The problem is, there's no in-app option to cancel. I read through their TOU and found out that in order to cancel, you have to email them. I did just that. Despite this, they charged my card the very next day, even though I had cancelled and was still within the free trial period. Feels like predatory behavior, especially since the app didn't meet its promises. I would not recommend this tool to anybody. |
