In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode
Drag and drop the downloaded VoiceMagic: Transform Text into Spoken Words CRX file into the Extensions page
When prompted, click Add extension to install VoiceMagic: Transform Text into Spoken Words.

Install ZIP file
