Removing colors from palettes is finally possible 🎉. Colors are only marked as deleted, so you can simply undelete them at any time.

Easy to use color picker
Note... I was able to get rid of the spinning wheel by quitting and relaunching Chrome; I'm using the latest available version of the browser and have the Plus version of the extension
