Insbesondere für Ersteinrichtungen mit einmaligen Prozessen leistet es fantastische Dienste und Auswertungen. Die Chrome-Erweiterung ist durchdacht und funktioniert einwandfrei, die Knowledge Base von Appcues sowie der Customer Success sind exzellent – das System ist aber in der Tat sehr selbsterklärend.
