Summary

With the rapid growth of Amazon Web Services traffic, adding of new IP address ranges or reallocation of IP ranges between EC2 regions is a commonplace.

It will be difficult to keep up with these changes and if you require IP white-listing or firewall configurations, it would be quite painful to check through the list of IP ranges for comparing the "delta".

Amazon Web Services (AWS) IP Tool helps you to retrieve the set of IP ranges for each of the Amazon services with a click of a button.

It also helps you cache a local history copy whenever you retrieved an updated IP range list.

We are currently working on letting the tool conduct auto comparison to highlight the delta changes for your convenience.

Update When updating from version 1.0 to version 1.1 onwards, you are advised to "Clear Options" and retrieve a fresh copy of the IP ranges by clicking on the icon. The IP range history should show up correctly after that.
