I was having trouble installing IE Tab on a remote computer. I sent an email to support . I was hoping to hear back from them within a day or two. I couldn't believe it when I received a response in a matter of minutes. After a couple of more quick responses, Don had me up and running. I would have given six stars if that were an option.
