What is Tagger?
Tagger is a Chrome extension that enables OS X style tagging on web pages. It allows you to tag web pages so that you can easily find them later. Tagged pages are highlighted on search result pages of Google, Duckduckgo, Yahoo, and Bing. You can customize the settings on the options page. Feel free to contribute or report issues on GitHub.
