After recent update the extension loads but login does not work for some reason. Additionally, account recovery process also does not work. During the process it errors out stating that the last pass extension is not installed, even though it is and it's up to date. Not testing the latest releases of your browser extensions carefully enough is a seriously embarrassing especially when people are paying for this. |

Been using a paid version of Last Pass for years but the last changes they made are making me rethink paying for it again. The login process is harder than looking up the password from my book of passwords! |

My computer and cell phone was stolen during an armed robbery in South Africa. I bought a new one and reinstalled most programmes but can not reinstall Lastpass and Lastpass Authenticator so cannot get into those sites where authentication is required. Its still pretty good, but there are a TON of issues, i still use it as i havent found anything better, but lastpass really needs to up thir game and fix all the issues! |

I am having serious issues with Last Pass and not seeing any support online (except old which is not working) I need to constantly on every site RELOAD the site from the Chrome Extensions Browser tab. Right click and Reload for every site. I also need to constantly resign into my account. This is something NEW that is just ahppening in the last few days. Very inconvieinet when this is your job every day to depend on a tool. Can't work without this, so either fix it, or I move on. Allthe Chrome security settings and the Lastapss settings are correct according to the old support info. This might have to do with an update of Chrome. Please let us know what is going on. |

I was using this program relatively successfully for the last two or three years. Then it started having severe problems. I'll update my review if they finally fix the problems they've been having all week. |

The very first extension that I add to every new Chrome profile. It is far from perfection. I don't like the UI, and sometimes it's autocompletion wrongs. But overall it is extremely useful even with the modern browsers that can collect passwords. |
