| 2024-12-14 |  | | fr | J'utilise la version premium de LastPass et l'extension Chrome ne fonctionne correctement que très rarement : - le bouton "copier/coller" le mdp (qu'il soit déjà enregistré ou aléatoirement généré) ne fonctionne jamais, - l'icône LastPass ne s'affiche pas toujours dans les champs d'identification des sites internet, - en revanche elle s'affiche souvent dans des champs n'ayant aucun lien avec l'identification (j'ai pourtant désactivé toute option d'enregistrement ou saisie d'adresse, n° de carte etc...) - j'ai plusieurs comptes sur différents sites internet et LastPass ne propose jamais le bon mot de passe lorsque je saisis l'un des identifiants, je dois manuellement le chercher dans la liste déroulante des ID - l'enregistrement de nouveaux identifiants fonctionne très aléatoirement et la fenêtre d'enregistrement disparaît souvent toute seule avant que j'ai pu cliquer sur "enregistrer", ce qui oblige à refaire l'opération manuellement. Je vois que ces problèmes ont été très souvent signalés mais n'ont jamais été résolus malgré les années. Je termine mon abonnement et je passerai chez 1Password ou Dashlane. |
| 2024-12-13 |  | | en | I've been a happy user for years, but there has been a sad, steady decline this year (signing you out all the time, having a half-login situation, not sending verification emails, auto-entering the wrong passwords, etc.). I could have swallowed all that, but recently, I've been unable to log in because their email confirmation isn’t working. I have my master password, the correct email, phone, double verification, and yet I still cannot access hundreds of my passwords. Of course, support can’t do anything about it, and I have to “understand” that. :) Oh, and not to mention, their password and account recovery doesn’t work either. Absolute nightmare. The only consolation is that recent reviews have been exposing their incompetency. |

Even with that.... I was too lazy to switch to Vault Warden. Now the extension just breaks and reinstalling it does nothing. Found my motivation. |

If you share a password with someone, and then you update the password, it won't update it for the account you shared it with. This is basic functionality. Clearly whoever runs this doesn't care about it's users or product. The UI is not well designed, it's sad |

Because it doesn't auto fill anymore, I have tried to revert to 'copy' username and 'copy' password. That doesn't work either. I have removed and reinstalled this extension. It's more of an issue that looking the username and password up on my lastpass phone app and typing it in! And that is obviously a horrendous pina! Fix it! I pay for this service and using it on my computer should be basic! |
