Every week or so it just stops working - it thinks my vault is empty, it won't detect any login fields on the page, etc., and the only fix is to completely uninstall and reinstall. LastPass customer service is beyond useless - they don't know, and they couldn't be bothered to care. I'm vexed as to how there isn't a class action lawsuit brewing given that the very service they are charging people for they straight up cannot provide. |
