What is LoginTC?

This credential manager holds tokens for multiple LoginTC-enabled accounts, issuing access requests via Google Cloud Messaging. Users can simply approve or deny access requests with a click, adding an extra layer of security to their digital assets.

This software used to work well. But lately, I have to reboot my computer every time I try connect to a remote site. Cleared cache and browsing data, but still busted. Unacceptable.
