The support section on here has countless unanswered messages from users asking for help to make this thing work. Obviously the developers no longer maintain this extension...or it is doing something behind the scenes like collecting data or whatever... in any event, it should be removed from the chrome webstore.... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
