It allows me to organize my tabs by day and student so that I can quickly and effeciently find the materials that we are using for class that day. I am also able to put materials under tabs that may only get used weekly or monthly. It is such a time saver. I am so happy to have Toby as my organization partner. |

| 2024-11-08 |  | | en | I have been using Toby for about 5 years now and it is a GAME-CHANGER for work (and personal) productivity! My work is what most would call project based and we use many electronic resources and tools for each project. At any given time, I can easily have 50 projects. Each project may require me to access specific and different websites, google documents, online tools and resources. For example, one project currently has about 70 different items linked for easy access in one Toby "collection". I have about 75 Toby collections currently. The big time saver using Toby is if I want to work on project A and project E on Monday, I just open those collections and ALL of the links to the specific documents I need are there. I don't have to go to a variety of websites, search, open, etc. I also don't have to scroll through my bookmarks to find the exact 14 documents/links I need for project A and do it again for project E. When I'm finished, or have to move to another project, I can minimize that collection and open another. I also use multiple tabs in my browser, one for each collection I'm currently working on. This Toby tool is amazing. I also love that they will personally provide assistance and listen to feedback! The benefits are endless. Educators can quality for a discount too! I can see myself using this tool forever. |
