| 2017-12-04 |  | | en | This is a good kiosk app, except for one problem. It uses the keyboard layout that was selected on the Chromebook home screen the first time this app was launched. Some of our students have apostrophes in their names and if the INTL keyboard layout was accidentally on, they cannot log-in to their tests. Even if they go out of the AIRSecureTest app, change the layout to US, it will not work unless the Chromebook is first powerwashed, because this app must cache the keyboard layout setting. Can how the app handles apostrophes, keyboards, or setting caching be adjusted to fix this? Thanks! |
