2023-03-16	Sana Meno	it's becoming bad, they keep promoting their Youtube videos within the results of every search i make. The extension is being sold to a bunch of scammers located in India I will disable this extension as it keeps adding youtube video links in the search results all the time.

I tried to compare it with 4-5 other well-known tools for same keyword what I found that 99% of time it shows SEO difficulty score between 45-57 range even for those keywords which everyone else show 20-30 range it shows 57. I have huge trust issues with this one.

2023-01-16	Clint Lenard	They have a "credit" system that they use, but they use it to screw over their customers by using an expiration system to take your money. I bought a bunch of credits and when I was finally ready to use it - it showed 0 credits. I asked them about this, thinking it was an error, and they simply said "The credits that you purchased on Nov 17, 2021, have expired. Credits expire after a year of purchase." They never made users aware of this when purchasing and there's literally no reason to do this other than to take money from customers. I would advise you to NOT spend your money with this company.
2023-01-12	refresh life	The main feature I liked about this extension is that it provides backlink analysis for free, which is not available in many webapps and extension (according to my knowledge). If this feature was not there then I had no reason of using this extension, thanks for this feature.

2022-12-10	Ban Nsabin	2022 Update: Changed to one star because more than 90% of my bought unused credits expired. Greedy owners. And to think this used to be free prior. Take a cue from the reviews and listen to your paying customers! Great tool no doubt but I'm not quite happy about the new 1 year expiry rule. I for one don't use it that often so it means I'll end up with a bunch of worthless credit I can't carry over into the next year ://
2022-11-22	Micaela Fontana	I agree with others reviews about the credits being used super fast, if you have the extension installed and do any kind of search on google or ebay it will use up your credits wether you are using the extension and looking up keywords or not. One of the developers replied to another 1 star review saying that to 90% of people the credits last up to a year, this is because there is a way or setting that will save your credits when you are doing random searches and aren't looking for keyboards, the issue is that they do not tell you this when you pay & the info is not easy to find or intuitive, seeing so many reviews about this I'd imagine they would want to make this info more easily available, but they don't so it seems as though they want us to waste our credits so we can keep buying more. I emailed them about this, the told me there is a way to save credits, and when I responded maye they should mention this before all credits are gone, they never responded again. I used the extension to find keywords for about a week and then I quickly realized that the first page of keywords are always so obvious that I did not see the point: women, womens top, womens top large, womens black top small... you get the point.. it was just a waste of time as it takes long to load all the keywords, but I still wanted too have the option for research and comparison purposes, but then I realized most of my credits were gone even though I barely used it. I wouldn't have even bothered to leave a review because is not worth it as it only cost $10, but the customer service is so bad, that I wanted others to be aware of this, is very obvious the info on how to save credits when we are doing unrelated searches online is hard to find for a reason and thats dishonest
