However, when you really need to access something, say - an events page on Facebook or a tutorial on Youtube - Purpose is forgiving enough for you to get through. You need to provide Purpose a good reason first, allowing you to be more intentional about your web use.

很棒! 試了各式各樣的擴充功能，終於找到自己想要的功能了，許多擴充功能只是把網站鎖起來，或是限制總用量，還有設定一堆行程表...但還是造成了焦慮和苦惱...和更多選擇障礙其實不如每一次都先估計自己大概要花多少時間去做，以及要做甚麼，對於改善網路習慣有更大幫助~所以非常謝謝寫了這款擴充功能的開發者~!
