| 2024-11-21 |  | | en | Sent me in a loop unable to log in, I checked and reset and allowed every setting, blocker, security permission, everything- could not get it to work on a single video. What made me most angry is that any search on Reddit for help was just a mention to "try gist.ly" and a ton of shiII reviews. If you're going to spam the earth with reviews and suggestions, at least make it work first. |

There's nothing in the screenshots or the long overview about the however many $/month subscription costs. The second is that choosing the "free account" which I don't even know what features it offers, it doesn't completely onboard or auth because the extension allways says "Log in to start summarizing videos". |

Overall I'd say this is a great tool if you need to watch videos for school, nowadays it's easy to get help of AI to automatically get notes without watching the whole thing. |
