Works perfectly! In order for it to work you have to select the three bars in the top left. From there you can add your desired shortcuts.

Thank you! It works. Just needed to go to chrome://extensions and assign Ctrl-W to this extention "do nothing" action. That did the job! :)

for it to work, go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts, set this extensions "do absolutely nothing!" keybind to Ctrl+W and then it will work.
