They deactivated my account with no contact or reasoning why. I feel like I wasted my time and money on earning these rewards, and instead of getting the rewards, they deactivated the account so they don't have to pay out. Ridiculous. I created a support ticket but it says it takes up to 30 days to hear back. Very unhelpful and untrustworthy. I've had much better luck using the Freecash app for cashback on games, fwiw. Avoid Swagbucks if you have hope for actually getting the rewards you've earned. |
