When you create your puzzle, and then upload it, the pages where the solutions "SHOULD BE", are blank. When I contact the customer service, they are not helpful. They just keep telling me what I am doing wrong, instead of realizing that its their fault, they have a problem and they need to fix it. The operative word here is "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!!!!!!! Some of the program is really good, however, without the actual product that I am trying to create, its not worth the aggravation. If I expect to be able to provide a solutions page to the puzzle that I created, and I cant get them, what good is paying for this service. You're better off finding another software program that can do this job. | |
