2023-05-18	coreynj	They lock most of their features behind a pay wall which is already scummy to begin with.They then require you to enter your card info to start a free trial. This is a completely unnecessary, predatory practice that is used in hopes that you're forgetful and they can charge you money that you can't refund. I decided to try it anyway but I didn't want to give them my real card info, so I used a burner card from the service Privacy so they don't have my card. The website declined it because it couldn't verify that the card was a real card, and then a few minutes later I got an email saying that Privacy declined a transaction because THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME UP FRONT FOR THE "FREE TRIAL". Avoid this company at all costs, if they straight up lie about a "free" trial then I wonder what else they're lying about.
