The following rigmarole of a process was enough to make me want to never use a Ninja product again. I couldn't get a license key, I kept signing up through the extension (as I'd done before) and this just kept sending me to a 'how to use page'. I liaised with support who eventually realised I'd need to create an account via the parent company's site. This resulted in me being told I'd need to sign up for other tools I don't want just in order to get access to my account. In the end I just stayed with Hunter.io - it's much easier to use. | |
