    en A week after the change from Psswrd Manager to SecurePass and still nothing is working! I did the import and lots of trouble loging in to my accounts. I added one by one on the SecPss site and still not working half the time. SafePay still using the PssMngr eventhough I removed the extension. Terrible software.... Too bad I sing in for a whole year......

    de Die Funktionalität ist leider nicht die beste. 1. Beim registrieren bei neuen Konten funktioniert teilweise die automatische Speicherung der Formulardaten nicht. 2. Auch wird mir nicht immer das generieren von Passwörtern vorgeschlagen, dies muss ich dann manuell machen. Wo wir dann wieder bei dem Problem Nr. 1. wären. 3. Beim Login von bereits gespeicherten Konten, wird mir nicht immer direkt der richtige Nutzer angezeigt, auch da muss man manuell auswählen. Beim Tel-Support wurde nun ein ticket eröffnet, und es sollte sich bei mir dann jemand von der technischen Abteilung melden. Mal schauen...

    ca Molt lenta. No es pot canviar el nom dels comptes importats, es queda penjada. No funciona la cerca de compte des de la icona a la barra d'extensions del navegador. No emplena contrasenyes ni en registra automàticament de noves al fer log in. És inservible. I per quelcom tan important i sensible com dades personals, no diu res de bo de Bitdefender.

    en SecurePass - Initial Thoughts I just installed it. Imported the info from Password Manager (which I really liked!). After the import I still see the csv file in "My Vault". After the import why do I need to know about the csv file? Yes, "Accounts" shows all of the accounts but the interface and distinction is confusing. I found the Password Manager (PM) much easier to manage and traverse on both Windows and Android - simple and compact. SecurePass consumes more screen real estate with no value add - IMHO. Also the Autofill feature of SecurePass is not as well integrated as PM. With PM, Autofill just worked. With Secure Pass it looks like one needs to select the icon. Seems clumsy. Maybe it is just me..... Haven't used the other SecurePass features, yet.....but I just wanted an easy-to-use, intuitive password manager. PM met those needs. SecurePass isn't there yet.

    en The overall experience is terrible compared to that of Bitdefender's "Password Manager" 1. For a change of this significance, I feel it should have been communicated much better since many have inadvertently lost access to there previous password. 2. The lack of the consistency with the autofill feature removed much of its utility. 3. The interface for lack of better words is "ugly". There probably more than can be said but I'm sure the community will fill in the blanks with remaining complaints. What can the developers do at this point after this terrible roll out? Usually after drastic service changes like this many users tend to migrate to a platform who can fill the void. Hopefully I wont have to experience that and Bitdefender will respond appropriately.

    en My Bitdefender Secure Pass suddenly disappeared yesterday. At the same time, my business credit card was fraudulently used last night and my account had to be closed. Where is my password account??? It was there two days ago, and now when I login to my computer, it no longer asks for my secure password to open the vault?!

    es No puedo volver al anterior Bitdefender Password Manager?? No coge las contraseñas directamente, demora bastante y cada vez tengo que iniciar sesión y luego poner la contraseña maestra. Muy mala experiencia de momento.

    fr Je viens de quitter Kaspersky pour Bit Defender (qui est plus cher !!!!) Impossible de configurer ni d'utiliser ce gestionnaire de mots de passe . Une véritable catastrophe ! Je regrette déjà mon achat

    de Nicht nutzbar, kann mich nicht mal anmelden. Zeigt zwar bei Google Chrome an, dass Erweiterung SecurePass installiert ist. Das war es dann, weiter komme ich nicht. Support hat bereits mehrfach SecurePass zurückgesetzt hilft aber auch nichts. Werde zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln.
