Brings work offline and online in the web page level to your browser
What is Work Offline?
'Work Offline' is a handy Chrome extension specifically designed to make the web browsing user experience more efficient. It provides the user with the ability to toggle between online and offline modes, with the offline mode preventing web requests from being sent or received by web pages. Notable features include the ability to still use web-based extensions while in offline mode, browsing local HTML files offline, and tab-specific offline settings. It also supports navigator.onLine, 'online' and 'offline' events, and respects global offline and online browser level events.

Thanks! Very useful tool. It would be even better if you add an option to disable that confirmation message that says: "Are you sure you want to switch to online mode for this tab?" and another option to create a keyboard shortcut to toggle offline mode for a tab.

doesn't even work

Breaks browser history! "Offline mode" instead of every closed tab name! Please rename to "(offline mode) ${TAB_NAME}" to preserve history (Ctrl-H) search!
