Doesn't need to sync with anything.
Won't stop working when google decide they don't want to do google calendar or alphabet appointments or whatever the new one will be called.
Calendar looks nice and doesn't take up too much room. You can pin it to your shelf and just pop it up over a website.
Works offline, basic and practical.
Nothing too funky about it at all.
5 stars for the 5 star app.
Not enjoying the Chromebook "experience" but this little app will help a lot.
