xiaoming Li		 73以上版本若要使用，将chrome://flags/#network-service改为Disabled，就可以正常运行了。（该方法来源于卡饭关于74版本IDM不可用讨论中百分浏览器官人的回复）不过有可能过几个版本，这个选项就会被删了。到时应该也可以用命令行参数来改XD。
