This is not an extension, it's a theme cleverly masked as an extension, that's why you wouldn't find it in your extensions list, to remove it, go to Chrome homepage and click the edit icon at the bottom right corner >> once there click on colors and themes >> there you will find the list of installed themes >> you can uninstall it from there

SCAM!!, totally a waste of time. It changed my theme into bloody red which is horrifying! I've managed to change the theme back to normal but I just couldn't get rid of this trash. I can't find the extension in my setting. And now I'm worried about the tracking and data in my PC.
