Well, I was worried it might not work after the last few reviews, but it actually works perfectly well. To prove it was working, I refreshed my group member list in a separate browser tab every few minutes and indeed, the membership count was dropping by 1 every few seconds. Be sure to first open your Group to the membership page while logged in as the group administrator before clicking the button in the extension. When you do this, assuming you don't have a pop-up blocker or something, a new window opens with the list of members formatted as shown in the video. Upon clicking one of the icons in the list, it started to go through and delete them one by one. If it isn't working for you, I can only assume that you have a pop-up blocker or some other security setting that blocks it. After about 130 users removed, it did stop. A simple page refresh brought up the new list (130 users less than 5 minutes ago). Certainly faster than manually deleting individual members. | |

I really needed this extension yet it no longer works to remove group members at all. The screen in the video by the extension author doesn't even show after pressing the icon on the top in chrome. Sure, you can press to 'Remove Group Memmbers' and yes, it opens your group in a new window, but it doesn't show the window from the video and so there's nothing to select a member that's any different to normally deleting members one at a time. Such a real shame. Maybe recent updates have messed this up - either with FB or Chrome? | |

I was looking for a tool to mass remove Facebook group users and this helped so much. Though it took some time to remove members, it was done with only 1 click of a button from me and just waiting from there. The only downside is there is a maximum limit to the number of members (125) that you can remove on a single run. But definitely much quicker than if I had to do it myself. Thank you! |
