Opens local pdf files in a nested shell as a text interface that is editable similar to docx / txt with rich text editing options, including local fonts. Tested against a file with rich text, including a header. Not tested with graphs / imbedded images, etc.
I would prefer if the nested shell took up a larger portion of the screen. The border is way too big. This is actually quite annoying. If this were a paid app, I would have taken off 2 stars for it, but since it's free and fully functional, I can tolerate the annoyance.
I wanted to like it, as all of the other free PDF editors steal data or put necessary features behind a paywall. Unfortunately, this app never opens PDF pages as images; instead it converts them to a Word document, which messes up the formatting and ignores letterheads and tables. The website's Google Drive function doesn't work, and the extension itself doesn't work at all.
