2023-03-01 | June Wilson | This extension works a little TOO well. It provides an excellent pointe for my mouse during screenshares when I'm teaching; the large red dot helps students notice where I'm pointing. I can turn it on and off with the click of a button. However, I also build websites, and I was creating a tutorial video for a client (I use WordPress & the Beaver Builder page builder), and there is a red circle permanently embedded in my client's website as a result of using this Chrome extension while creating her an update on her website. I've tried without success to remove it. When I click the SUPPORT tab, it directs me to the developer's GITHUB page, but there is no where to contact him on his GITHUB, as the ISSUES tab on his GITHUB page is disabled. So it would seem this "REVIEW" is the only place I can reach out to request assistance. Hopefully the developer sees this remark and updates the Chrome extension to remedy this issue. I tried removing the extension, and it did not help. My cilent and others who visit her website see a huge red dot on one of her web pages, the very web page I was filming in my Loom video to her while using this Chrome extension. | ||
