2025-01-12 | Corban Hogan | en | Chromebooks already do this, don't they? And you can adjust the intensity of it in the settings. So for Chromebooks, this isn't much of a point of this, but I can see it being useful.

2024-11-17 | Nathan Olonoff | en | This has always been a great and pretty much the best option but it's biggest fault is that it sometimes breaks websites and even disabling it on that website won't fix it, you have to disable the extension entirely to restore the broken websites. Two current offenders, YouTube with dark mode specifically on shorts but some other things whole sections turn white making navigation impossible as buttons and text are white as well. Bluesky scrolling is broken, the background color disappears and is replaced by black. These happen even with the extension disabled on those sites. Only way to fix is to disable the extension entirely. I've looked at some alternatives but still haven't found anything as good it's just frustrating that there are some major issues with this and the creator isn't very quick with fixing these things. If they could just make it so disabling on a site TRULY disables the extension on that site and not still running in the background that would solve probably all of these issues.

2024-09-02 | BuTech | en | Great work, but it does not work on all websites... I'm using it also for my pro life and it doesn't work well with the Microsoft suite (outlook, one note, etc...) plus some other random website are also broken by this extension. However the overall user experience is pretty good, nice job. For people having the same problem as me, I recommend using extensions like Eye Guardian that works well on all websites. |
