The ability of this software to capture the essence and details of the session is incredible (better than I expected). The only thing I would love to add is being able to use it for phone call sessions. |

I would give the software five stars if it had functionality for FaceTime and also if they had an obvious way to communicate with their support team. I looked all over the website and saw no way of contacting support. I will gladly improve this review to five stars if they improve in these areas |
