It sounds like the new owners didn't honour subscriptions, etc., the users had bought. Check out this discussion to see what I'm referring to: https://appsumo.com/products/teamsmart-ai/questions/ The Chrome extension doesn't work. Their Chat and Login systems on their website don't work. It's been this way for a year or more. This app / extension is dead, and the new owners have been anything but open and transparent about it. To the degree that they still have this extension entry in the Chrome Store, when it should have been removed a year or so ago. |
| 2023-08-23 |  | | en | I recently purchased TeamSmart Premium. At first it worked fine and yesterday after an update with the chrome browser, it is not working at all. When I launch the TeamSmart plugin, I get a long vertical thin black window pop up with noting in it. Tech supprt has not gotten back to me. Their chat says within a few hours, so I am hopeful. I though I would come back and give an update to the review above. It is now April 19 2024 and I have not heard one word from this developer to resolve any of my issues with accessing this app. My Advice, If you are looking at this, is to run the other way. It is not worth waisting your time and money on. I would give it a 0 star if I could. |
