It took her 20 minutes to tell me that the activation code was the same as my serial number. I could hear a dog barking in the background and after 20 minutes of going to pages that I had already found myself, I was wondering if the tech support provider was even legit. |

WHAT!?!? So then why was the TMS advertised as a free bonus with the chromebook purchase?! Why not have a bonus that is actually useful, what a friggin' waste of friggin' time. Definitely returning items now. |
