2024-10-30 | Jeff State | en | It seems like the extension gets screwed up when used on two Chromium browsers on the same computer. It kept asking me to rename that Join instance, even though I named the two browser extension's instances “Chrome” and “Thorium.” The rename prompt kept persisting. Something to look into... This is one of my most used Chromium extensions. I've been using the paid app, for years, with both Chrome & Thorium to my Android phones. I've tried Airdroid, and many other similar programs, but Join has been the most reliable, functional extension, by far. This extensions' developers knows what they're doing. When Joaoapps' devs see this, please know that your update to Manifest V3 compliance can't come soon enough. No one wants to resort using a less functional extension. I also use paid versions of Tasker and various Auto* apps. They all interconnect well, so please don't let this one break on us. With that said, I have had an issue with the extensions' Dismiss Everywhere function. It just doesn't dismiss the notifications everywhere, as intended. No big deal, but it'd also be handy to choose to ignore SMS that the device recognizes as Spam. Maybe there's an ADB function to perform somewhere in there, but it'd be especially useful during potitical campaign seasons 😆
2024-09-15 | s f | en | Originally used it bought it but then somehow I never used it because I found it to be too cumbersome. Also I needed less and less rely on SMS (one of the reasons why I got it originally) and didn't work reliably for Clipboard Sharing, Remote Writing, Taking Screenshots on Devices and sending files. So while I am not too happy about reading that now it would be removed due to not being MV3 compliant, it'd be a loss for those who were using it as paying customers. Hopefully the dev won't drop the ball here :)
2024-08-06 | Christopher McEwen | en | Amazing extension, I use it multiple times every single day to send Chrome tabs on my phone to my desktop computer at home for me to check out later. I also use it to easily transfer small files to and from my phone. I really, really hope they are able to update it to support MV3.

2024-07-26 | Frank | en | Been using Join chrome and android for years. very happy with it. But: Since last Chrome update join extension says: This extension may soon no longer be supported Remove or replace it with similar extensions from the Chrome Web Store BTW was wondering for the Android Join App if you would want to put in an option for us to force enable the 'monitor clipboard' switch? So that I can see if i can get a (rooted) workaround to actually enable it. Or should a rooted workaround not need the switch enabled for join to make use of it? Thanks in advance
2024-06-24 | David Setton | en | having lots of issues. For some reason when I run the test diagnostics from my chrome browser, it doesn't get through it.
2024-06-20 | Jason (jxyzn) | en | As of this morning, clipboard sync does not work and Diagnostics hang on "Push to server" on multiple Linux Chrome installs and a ChromeOS install. Oddly, my Mac install (also Chrome browser) completes diagnostics OK. Right-click, mobile device > Page > Open appears to still work. My extension appears to be up-to-date on all platforms: updated 2024-06-20.
2024-06-20 | so so | en | When copying text in Chrome on the computer, the clipboard syncs properly with the phone. However, every time I copy something, a desktop notification on the computer shows ""Error Direct Send, Requested entity was not found."" Reinstalling Join on both the phone and Chrome did not fix the issue. 😢
