HDP-Express tells the security system which webpages you have open and it tells the security the names of the sites that these pages pull content from. The Hacker Deterrent Pro security system only allows your browser to talk to these sites; and it blocks all other browser traffic (protecting you from trojans that inject themselves the Chrome browser).
