I get mentioned directly or through a group-mention on Project Tasks, Opportunities, and Cases. With Buzz, i see all messages in one place and respond. Buzz has enabled us to move most internal communication away from Email. Our sales team like it too because they get quick responses and approvals. Our customer support team is able to resolve cases faster by collaborating through mentions. I love it! PS: I work at Vtiger |
