Also, I had trouble (user error), linking Group Leads to my Email Responder, and not only did they super easily set up a tech call straight away (mind blown they even offer this), but they solved it so quickly and easily! I'm honestly so impressed with the customer service, I'm now a raving fan! I've had so many problems with customer service from other companies, that this one has been a breath of fresh air! THANK YOU! I now have a super easy, automated set up for my group and emails now too wooooooo!!!! Best extension ever!! |

I've finally given up and have currently spend 2 days backwards and forwards trying to cancel. It's too hard and I just want out! I'd like my money back ideally. Would never recommend to anyone! | |

I'm very untechy and she was able to show me where I was having the problem and then tested it out so I could repeat the correct way to make it work. I almost canceled the appointment but I am sosososo glad I didn't. She's a keeper. Thanks PS make sure no one is using "Wave Browser" it slipped in when I enrolled in my Affiliate program and it carries malicious elements and DOESN'T work with Group Leads. | |
